As part of our commitment to quality we provide 1 year's guarantee on all Hand Tool products on this website provided that they have been used, at all times, in the correct manner. However in many cases, due to the exceptional quality of the products, we give much longer guarantees on some products.

If an item has been incorrectly supplied, received damaged or is faulty then all you need to do is follow the Returns Procedures detailed below. We will then arrange collection of the item(s) free of charge.

All you need to do is to contact us on (908) 603-0896 or customerservice@oxtools.com and we will issue you with a Goods Returns Form, explain our simple Returns Procedures and discuss with you the easiest and most convenient way for us to collect the item.  

Upon receipt of the item(s) we will inspect the product and if it is proved to be faulty or was incorrectly supplied we will refund you for the full value within 30 days.
